HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Delivery normally takes between 2 - 4 weeks. The shipping time therefore varies depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination country. An email notification will be sent to you once your items have been despatched. Despatching of products can take from 2 - 5 days depending on the demand.

If for any reason you do not receive your item within 60 days of making your order please contact us at support@imaginationtravels.co along with your order number.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS. WILL I RECEIVE THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME?

Due to our products being stored at different warehouses for logistical purposes, it cannot be guaranteed that all products will come in the same package at the same time. An individual tracking code (if applicable to your country) will be sent to you for each item upon despatch if they are sent in separate packages. 

If for any reason you do not receive your item within 60 days of making your order please contact us at support@imaginationtravels.co along with your order number.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ITEM?

Paying is very simple! We offer a range of payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay and having the ability to input your own credit or debit card details.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For fast processing, send an email to returns@imaginationtravels.co upon identification of the damage along with pictures and a description of the damage. Our team will acknowledge receipt of your email and will review the case. If the damage is verified to be a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item.

CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO MY ORDER?

In order to insure all of our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, changes and / or cancellations are not allowed.
